Garden Herb Hummus recipe

This lovely hummus recipe is full of fresh herbs and sweetened with just a touch of honey. Serve it alongside grilled shrimp or fish for a flavorful, light meal.

Ingredients List:

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons Tahini
1/3 cup packed fresh basil leaves
2 scallions, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 to 5 tablespoons water, as needed

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients except water in a food processor; pulse until smooth.

2. With machine running, add water until mixture thins to desired consistency.
