Green Pea Hummus recipe

Sweet green peas make for an earthy hummus that is picked up with lots of fresh cilantro. It's perfect as a dip for crispy rice crackers or smeared over grilled fish and lamb.

Ingredients List:

2 cups frozen, thawed green peas
3 tablespoons Tahini
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve.
