Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus recipe

Sun-dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar Middle Eastern hummus a twist with an Italian flare. Try this recipe over bread with olives, feta cheese, and artichokes for a fantastic vegetarian sandwich.

Ingredients List:

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve.
